• Accessibility: 4 Story Home with Elevator (Ground to Top Floor)

• Community Amenities: Boat Ramp, Boat Slips, and Beach Access
• Boat Restrictions: Boat Ramp can only be utilized for boats that are no longer than 24' in length. Boat Slips can only be utilized for boats that are no longer than 30' in length.
• Parking: 4 spaces under the house, 4 spaces in front of the house (depending upon vehicle size)
• Events: *This home is Wedding Friendly with a $1,000 non-refundable event fee. Refundable security deposit is required. 50 max occupancy for an event. This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT guaranteed.
