Located in Surf City, NC, Topsail Island Trading Company offers an incredible selection of local goods, clothing, jewelry, beach gifts, and so much more. If you stop by, make sure you try the fudge! It’s one of the reasons that Topsail Island Trading Company has become a staple here in Surf City.
North Topsail Surf & Paddle
Located in North Topsail Beach, Topsail Surf & Paddle is a local surf shop selling exactly what you might think. It’s a very cool shop with plenty of boards and apparel in stock. They also offer surf lessons and rentals if you’re looking to hang ten while you’re staying in Topsail.
Mia’s Marketplace
Mia’s Marketplace is a unique shop with a great selection of unique gifts, local goods, and a fun candy selection. If you’re in Surf City and looking for a fun little gift shop that sells local items and tasty treats – look no further than Mia’s Marketplace!
Quarter Moon Books & Gifts
What’s better than relaxing and reading a book on the beach? And where’s a better place to buy a book at the beach, than a bookstore at the beach? Quarter Moon Books & Gifts is a fun store selling unique gifts, wine and of course, books. They also have a beautiful patio that’s free for you to take a seat and enjoy the beautiful Topsail Island weather.
Bumble Bee Market
They don’t sell bees or honey, but they do sell some pretty sweet treats! The shop features some great gifts and clothing options, but the real highlight is their treat selection! We recommend trying the key lime truffles, they won’t disappoint!
Shark Attack
Shark Attack is a local Topsail Beach icon! With all of the novelty items you’d expect to find in a beach shop including beach towels, home decor, hoodies, t-shirts, sweats, gifts, candy, and so much more. The real draw of this place is the giant shark outside, so make sure you stop and take a photo with this Topsail icon!
Topsail Island Popcorn
Who doesn’t love homemade popcorn!? Topsail Island Popcorn makes some of the best popcorn in North Carolina, and it’s available right here in Surf City. The customer service is great, and the flavors are so good it’s hard to choose just one or two. We recommend trying the salted caramel corn (because why not) and the urge anyone to try the lemon flavor if they’re craving something unique.
