The golf course at Belvedere has certainly evolved since its conception in the 1970’s. Belvedere now features a rare combination of six par threes, seven par fours, and five par fives to achieve a par of 71. Located in coastal Hampstead, NC, the front nine takes you out toward the Intracoastal Waterway and back toward the Clubhouse; the back nine ventures you inland and then back toward the Clubhouse–forming a giant figure 8 without any parallel fairways. This design offers a sure test in the normally breezy conditions. You will experience the winds coming from every direction during your round, so be prepared.

Now that you know what to expect, it’s time to experience it for yourself. All that’s left to do is book your Belvedere golf tee time, which you can do online.

Located just off coastal highway, US-17 in Hampstead, NC. is a challenging, Scottish links style 18-hole championship course. From the longest tees it features 6,713 yards of golf for a par of 72. The course was designed by Randy Blanton and opened in 1999.
Although there are no trees on the course, there are the typical links hazards of tall bunkers, water, and waste areas. True to the tradition, the course demands excellent shot placement on almost every hole. And yes, like all links courses, occasionally one must factor in the wind.

The Olde Point Golf & Country Club was built in 1974 and opened to the public in 1975. Jerry Turner, the golf course designer, made use of the rolling terrain, wooded areas, lakes and streams to build a scenic and challenging course. Olde Point has matured into a beautiful 18 hole course with Bermuda fairways and Paspalum greens.
The golf course is semi-private, and therefore open for the public to play. Tournaments and small group outings are always welcomed. Members enjoy advanced tee times and established league play, as well as a variety of member outings throughout the year. Full golf memberships include the use of the swimming pool, tennis courts and private members-only lounge. Practice facilities are also available and open for the public to use. Golf lessons are available by appointment from the club professionals.
Collared shirts are required on the course as well as at all practice areas. Tank tops, T-shirts, gym shorts or bathing suits are not permitted. Blue jeans and denim slacks may be worn if clean and neat.
