The name “Island Spirits” perfectly fits this unobstructed oceanview beach house in Topsail Island; it truly embodies the spirit of this majestic island. With its grand entrance and double decks with endless UNOBSTRUCTED OCEAN VIEWS, this house is definitely one to see! 

Entering the house through the front door you will find yourself in a quaint sitting area offering a small couch, chair and coffee table. This area is flanked by four of the five bedrooms that this house has to offer. To the left of the front door is bedroom one with a queen bed. This bedroom shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with bedroom two. Bedroom two is located to the rear and left of the seating area and has a queen bed.

To the right of the front door is bedroom three, containing a queen bed and sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom with bedroom four. Bedroom four located to the right and rear of the seating area has a twin bunkbed, a twin over double bunkbed, and a TV. The lucky guests staying in both bedroom one and three are able to enjoy beautiful ocean views right from bed! A washer and dryer are also conveniently located on this level.

Continuing through the French doors and up the stairs to the main level, you will enter a large open living space with vaulted ceilings, ocean views and deck access. To your right is a large kitchen with ample counter space and bar seating for four. Directly in front of the kitchen, with ocean views, is a huge dining table seating 10.

To the left of the stairs is the living area boasting two cozy couches and two arm chairs positioned around a decorative fireplace and a flat screen TV. Behind the living area is the master bedroom with a king bed, TV and access to a full bathroom. This bathroom also shares access with the hallway.

Outside, on the upper-level covered deck, you will find multiple seating options. There are rockers, chaise lounge chairs and even a small table and chairs for enjoying a light alfresco meal. Both the upper and the lower decks face the ocean and have unobstructed views. Just down the front steps and across the street is the beach access.

This house is tastefully decorated, giving a feeling of being right at home yet still having a vibe of relaxing “Island Spirits!"

LINENS:

• SILVER PACKAGE – Includes ALL bed linens, one bath set (1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 wash cloth) per occupancy, 1 kitchen towel set, & bath mats per full bathroom. Complimentary for ALL 7-night minimum reservations from June 8 to August 10, 2024.

If Complimentary Linens are not applicable for your stay, you may bring your own linens, or we offer linens to rent for an additional fee. Please contact us to apply a linen rental to your reservation.

• Dogs Allowed with Pet Fee

Please review our Dog Policy before booking your vacation. The Non-Refundable Pet Deposit is $150 per pet (2 dog maximum, price varies by home) and is NOT INCLUDED in rate. Please contact us to apply a pet fee on your reservation – DOES NOT AUTO APPLY.

Please note: the beach access/deck directly across from Island Spirits belongs to the neighbor, is PRIVATE, and unavailable to Island Spirits guests. There is a public beach access just a short walk from Island Spirits.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Mid-June to Mid-August: 7-night minimum stays, Saturday to Saturday Check-in/out only
• Accessibility: 2 Story Stilted Home with Stairs
• Amenities: Kid Gear (High Chair)
• Cargo Lift is NOT available to guests at this time.
• Parking: 4 Parking Spaces in front of the home
• Guest Entry: This rental utilizes a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
• Please note: There are known recording devices on site for security purposes.
• Smart TVs require guest logins to access subscription apps. Owner does not provide access details. 
• WiFi signal strength is NOT guaranteed at your rental for remote work or remote learning. We are located on a barrier island and do not have cellular towers on the island. This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT guaranteed.

TRIP PREPARATION:

Access Realty Vacation Rentals adhere to minimum standards set to provide you with as many of the comforts of home as possible during your stay. All our vacation rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s) and more!

Please note that unless otherwise indicated above, linens are not provided during your stay. You are welcome to bring your own linens, or we provide a linens rental service for your convenience. Our vacation homes are not guaranteed to have consumable items in stock for guest use (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.).
