The open-concept living area on the top floor is the heart of the home. Here, you can kick back on cozy furnishings and enjoy time together, whether you’re watching shows on the flat-screen TV or simply enjoying each other’s company. The well-equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing meals, and the dining area and decks offer additional space for relaxation.

Located with direct beach access just a short walk away, this duplex is ideally situated for easy beach days. When you’re ready to explore, Surf City’s local shops and restaurants are a short drive away. Spend your days exploring local attractions like the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue, enjoying a round of golf, or embarking on family-friendly adventures.

• Mid-June to Mid-August: 7-night minimum stays, Saturday to Saturday Check-in/out only
• Accessibility: 2 Story Stilted Home with Stairs
• Parking: 2 parking spaces under the home
• Guest Entry: This rental utilizes a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
• Smart TVs require guest logins to access subscription apps. Owner does not provide access details. 
• WiFi signal strength is NOT guaranteed at your rental for remote work or remote learning. We are located on a barrier island and do not have cellular towers on the island. This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT guaranteed.

Please note that unless otherwise indicated above, linens are not provided during your stay. You are welcome to bring your own linens, or we provide a linens rental service for your convenience. Our vacation homes are not guaranteed to have consumable items in stock for guest use (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.).
