Community sound access available for launching your kayak or paddleboard. The open floor plan offers a wet bar, a stone fireplace (decorative only - not for guest use) and skylights throughout.

Linen Options:  

GOLD PACKAGE – Includes ALL bed linens, one bath set with extra bath towel (2 bath towels, 1 hand towel, & 1 wash cloth) per occupancy, 1 kitchen towel set, & bath mats per full bathroom. Complimentary for 7-night minimum reservations from January 1 to December 31, 2025.

If Complimentary Linens are NOT APPLICABLE for your stay, you may bring your own linens, or we offer linens to rent for an additional fee (See Add-Ons after clicking “BOOK NOW” or contact us to apply a linen rental to your reservation).

• Mid-June to Mid-August: 7-night minimum stays, Saturday to Saturday Check-in/out only
• Accessibility: 1 Story Home with Stairs
• Parking: 2 Parking Spaces in the driveway depending on vehicle size
• Guest Entry: You will receive a text message when your home is ready for check in that provides you with your unique access code and instructions for direct property check ins. 
• Smart TVs require guest logins to access subscription apps. Owner does not provide access details. 
• WiFi signal strength is NOT guaranteed at your rental for remote work or remote learning. We are located on a barrier island and do not have cellular towers on the island. This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT guaranteed.

All our vacation rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s) and more!

Please note that unless otherwise indicated above, linens are not provided during your stay. You are welcome to bring your own linens, or we provide a linens rental service for your convenience. Our vacation homes are not guaranteed to have consumable items in stock for guest use (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.).
