ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Mid-June to Mid-August: 7-night minimum stays, Saturday to Saturday Check-in/out only
  • Accessibility: 2 Story Home with ground floor entry and stairs
  • Parking: 6 parking spaces (4 in the garage & 2 in the driveway) depending upon vehicle size
  • Amenities: EV Charging Outlet - May require a converter. Guest is responsible for providing their own converter. 
  • Guest Entry: This rental utilizes a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
  • Smart TVs require guest logins to access subscription apps. Owner does not provide access details.
  • WiFi signal strength is NOT guaranteed at your rental for remote work or remote learning. We are located on a barrier island and do not have cellular towers on the island. This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT guaranteed.
  • There are known exterior recording devices on site for security purposes.

Excellent Experience
Me and my girlfriend loved everything about our experience. This house is brand new and tastefully designed, you can tell every detail was carefully thought through. It is kept very clean and gives you a feeling of freshness when you arrive. We loved the views from the main living room, you have a clear view straight out to the ocean. There is a private beach access in the back yard that leads to a beautiful and very quiet beach. Besides a few people out for a walk it felt like we had a few miles all to ourselves. Perfect for a relaxing time away with your partner or family. There is nothing more I could ask for from a beach located home!

Family Stay!

Our family gathered here this summer, ages 3-81, and all of us had a wonderful time. Beautiful place, beautiful setting, beautiful beach. Close to grocery, local fish shop, golfing, everything you might need; but you feel like you’re in a remote beach haven. Houses are close together, as expected for beach houses, but we still had all the privacy we needed. Thank you!
