C-Breeze
"C-Breeze" is a true piece of oceanfront luxury within walking distance to entertainment, pier fishing, dining and shopping in centrally located Surf City. Situated on a private lot and quiet beach just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of island life, you will find "C-Breeze."
The main living area is well appointed and provides an open floor concept with fireplace, comfortable couches and wall mounted flat screen HD TV. There is a large dining table to the right of the well-appointed living area, intricate woodwork and relaxing color scheme found throughout. A fully equipped kitchen can be found behind the living area and has great bar seating for keeping the cook company. UV windows provide just enough light to still enjoy the summer sun from a cool environment inside. There is even a small table perfect to use as a desk by the stairs. The master bedroom sits adjacent to the living room affording the ability to take in breathtaking ocean views directly from bed. The master bedroom has a huge king bed, private full bathroom, flat screen HD TV and direct deck access.
Continuing downstairs, the remaining three bedrooms each contain flat screen HD TVs and are situated on the ocean side of the house, each having their own ocean view and access to the oceanfront deck. At the far right side of the house is bedroom two with a king bed. Bedroom three sits just next door and offers a queen bed and a double/twin bunk. At the end of the hall is the final bedroom also with a king sized bed. All three bedrooms share two bathrooms on this level located at each end of the hallway.
The decks on this house are amazing!! Facing the sound is a small deck over the front door located off the living room and allows for sunset views. The double ocean front decks cannot be beat. Furnished for anything you may desire, these decks have dining tables, tall captains chairs with tables, chaise lounge chairs for sunbathing and even a hammock. Down the private boardwalk to the beach is an outdoor shower to wash off the sand upon returning home from your day on the beach. Why stay anywhere else? "C-Breeze," a meticulously maintained piece of island paradise will surely give you a vacation to remember!

CANCELLATIONS -
Any cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be made in writing by Guest. Reservation payments are not reimbursable unless the property can be re-rented for the same rate and time period less non refundable reservation fee, cancellation fee, and third-party fees. CHECK IN DAY DETAILS -
Your rental home allows you to check-in directly at the property. Check-in typically becomes available BETWEEN 4:00 - 6:00 PM on the day of your scheduled arrival. As soon as your rental is ready for check in, we will send you a text message with all of your check-in instructions. Please understand that all homes must be cleaned and inspected before we are allowed to issue access details and you are not allowed to be at the property until you have received that text message.
PREPARING FOR YOUR VACATION -
All our vacation rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s) and more! Our vacation homes do not supply consumable items for guest use (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soap, spices, cleaning products, etc.). Please plan accordingly for any items you may need during your stay.
You are welcome to bring your own linens, or we provide a linens rental service for your convenience. Some homes provide complimentary linens for select dates and this detailed information can be found in the description. Linen package options include BRONZE (bed sheets only per bed listed), SILVER (bed sheets per bed listed, a bath towel set per occupancy, dish towel, and a bath mat per shower/tub), and GOLD (all items from the SILVER package plus one extra bath towel per occupancy).

TOPSAIL ISLAND GENERAL INFO -
WiFi: WiFi signal strength is NOT guaranteed at your rental for remote work or remote learning. We are located on a barrier island and do not have cellular towers on the island. This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT given.
Beach Nourishment: Beach nourishment projects help preserve and protect Topsail Island’s shoreline. Most projects are scheduled annually between November and April and may involve large pipes on the beach, trucks moving sand, and other equipment to rebuild and maintain our dunes. Timelines and locations can shift without notice, and we are not always informed in advance. While we understand this may impact your beach experience, refunds or compensation will not be provided for disruptions related to beach nourishment. For the latest updates, we recommend checking the town websites for Topsail Beach, Surf City, or North Topsail Beach. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions about potential beach impacts during your stay.
Water Pressure Notice: Please be aware that during popular rental dates, especially in the mornings and evenings, there may be temporary reductions in water pressure. This is a common occurrence across the island as many visitors are getting ready for the day or returning from the beach. We recommend planning showers and other water-related activities accordingly to avoid inconvenience.
Public Parking: The Town of Surf City enforces “Pay to Park” from March 1-Oct 31 from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm in the Surf City Public Beach Access Parking Lots and other marked Public Parking Lots. The Town of North Topsail Beach will enforce “Pay to Park” from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM year-round. Onslow County operates three public parking areas/beach accesses within the Town of North Topsail Beach. To the best of our knowledge the county intends to continue operating these lots free of charge.
Leave No Trace: Topsail Island enforces a "Leave No Trace" policy in order to protect our shoreline, meaning you must remove all items, including tents and chairs, from the beach each day. Any items left behind are subject to theft, removal by the town, or possibility of being washed away by the ocean.
Turtle Nesting Season: From May to October, Topsail Island is a nesting ground for sea turtles. Be mindful of marked nests, limit oceanside deck lights, and follow local guidelines to protect them.

Cleanings are included with your rental. We just ask that each guest complete the following before checkout:
- Wash and store all dishes, cookware and utensils
- Remove all food from the rental
- Return furniture to original location
- Take out all trash
- Check for personal belongings
- Take linens off beds
- Turn off all lights
- Leave thermostat at 78 degrees (summer) and 55 degrees (winter)
- Close and lock all doors but do not lock storm doors
- Return all keys and passes
- Report damage or needed repairs
