House Divided

Enjoy the views on the decks of "House Divided" in Topsail Beach, NC! Located on the South end of Topsail Island, this single-family home offers four bedrooms and accommodates up to 9 guests. The top floor of this home provides an open concept living and kitchen space. Off of the living room, you will find a Master Bedroom providing a King bed, TV, deck access, and a full bathroom. 

Make your way downstairs to the lower level of house that has three bedrooms. All three bedrooms offer deck access. One of the bedrooms offer a twin over Queen bunk bed and the other bedroom is a queen bed. A shared full bathroom is located in the hallway. The last bedroom is a second Master Bedroom suite offering a King bed and an ensuite with a stand-up shower and jetted bathtub. The laundry room is also located on this level in the hallway. Pups are more than welcomed to tag along when staying at House Divided.

LINENS:

• SILVER PACKAGE – Includes ALL bed linens, one bath set (1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 wash cloth) per occupancy, 1 kitchen towel set, & bath mats per full bathroom. Complimentary for ALL 7-night minimum reservations in 2025.

If Complimentary Linens are not applicable for your stay, you may bring your own linens, or we offer linens to rent for an additional fee. Please contact us to apply a linen rental to your reservation.

• Mid-June to Mid-August: 7-night minimum stays, Saturday Check-in/out only
• Accessibility: 2 Story Stilted Home with Stairs
• Amenities: Kid Gear (Baby Gate, High Chair, Pack 'n Play), Grill - Gas (***Please note: Guests are responsible for the purchase of supplies for any grill provided. Guests are also required to clean any grill prior to departure to prevent additional cleaning charges.***)
• Parking: 4 Parking Spaces in front of the home
• Guest Entry: This rental utilizes a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
• Smart TVs require guest logins to access subscription apps. Owner does not provide access details. 
• WiFi signal strength is NOT guaranteed at your rental for remote work or remote learning. We are located on a barrier island and do not have cellular towers on the island. This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT guaranteed.

Please note that unless otherwise indicated above, linens are not provided during your stay. You are welcome to bring your own linens, or we provide a linens rental service for your convenience. Our vacation homes are not guaranteed to have consumable items in stock for guest use (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.).
