This oceanfront condo complex is your one-stop ocean getaway destination. All guests of C-109 can enjoy the oceanfront proximity of the condo with DIRECT beach access, use of the clubhouse featuring a fireplace, kitchenette, lounge area, pool, locker rooms, boat launch/storage, and day docks. 

This particular condo, unit C-109, is a two bedroom, two bath condo located on the first floor providing direct walk-out beach access. Entering the unit brings you into a small alcove where you will find a laundry room conveniently to your right offering a sound view while you wash!

Continuing into the unit brings you into the kitchen and the dining area just beyond. The living room is located on the oceanside where you have access to the oceanfront deck and beautiful views while you relax on the comfortable furniture.

To the right is the main living area with the master bedroom located on the oceanfront side. A king bed is situated just perfectly, allowing you to wake up to the gorgeous ocean sunrise. Bedroom two has a queen bed and is located on the soundside and has its own balcony overlooking the sound.

For the price and location, Queens Grant is truly tough to beat. Oceanfront luxury with soundfront access creates just the perfect combination for an island vacation.

  • Queen's Grant HOA Regulations: Grills are NOT permitted anywhere on Queen's Grant oceanfront property. Grills are provided for use across the street. Smoking (cigarettes, pipes, cigars, etc.) or electronic cigarette usage or “vaping” is not permitted by any renter on any outside deck directly attached to a unit or stairs or landings leading to units.

  • Parking: 1 Parking Space
  • Guest Entry: This rental utilizes a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
  • Smart TVs require guest logins to access subscription apps. Owner does not provide access details. 
  • WiFi signal strength is NOT guaranteed at your rental for remote work or remote learning. We are located on a barrier island and do not have cellular towers on the island. This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT guaranteed.

Wonderful Time
We really enjoyed our time at the condo. The unit we originally rented was not ready and so they gave us a different unit which was great. Very quick responses to questions and emails. Highly recommend.

This is my happy place
We have stayed at Queen's Grant for years, even when it was managed by Bryant who retired, and now Access Realty is good too. Beautifully outfitted owner condos with every amenity, including washer dryers. The best part is walking from your deck right onto the beach! Or no, I cant decide, it's hearing the waves at night, or coffee to see the sunrise right outside your door, or from your window. It's worth the money to stay ON the beach! We have come for over 20 years. When the kids were little we stayed at Breezeway, but when we could afford it, we rented houses and in past years, at Queen's Grant. Now we get hush puppies to go from Breezeway and make our own dinner with sea food from Surf City Crab just before the bridge. When we first started coming, there were only the small groceries on the island, now groceries and restaurants have sprung up right over the draw bridge.
