The top floor offers a spacious living area, fully-equipped kitchen, elegant dining room, and two bedrooms, providing plenty of space for gathering and entertaining. The highlight of the top floor is the master suite, featuring a walk-in shower, jetted tub, and access to an oceanfront deck where you can savor breathtaking views and gentle ocean breezes.

Descend to the first floor and discover a cozy secondary living space, complete with comfortable seating and a convenient wet bar, perfect for enjoying evening cocktails or watching movies with loved ones. • Mid-June to Mid-August: 7-night minimum stays, Saturday Check-in/out only
• Accessibility: 3 Story Home with Private Elevator (Ground to Top Floor)
• Amenities: Private Pool (Pool is winterized and unavailable to guests approximately Mid-October to Mid-April), Hot Tub (may require $150 activation fee & available October 15 - April 15), Elevator, Grill - Gas (***Please note: Guests are responsible for the purchase of propane for any gas grill provided. Guests are also required to clean any grill prior to departure to prevent additional cleaning charges.***)
• Parking: 3-4 Parking Spaces in front of the home and in the garage
• Guest Entry: This rental utilizes a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
• Smart TVs require guest logins to access subscription apps. Owner does not provide access details. 
• Please Note: WiFi signal strength is NOT guaranteed at your rental for remote work or remote learning. We are located on a barrier island and do not have cellular towers on the island. This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT guaranteed.

Access Realty Vacation Rentals adhere to minimum standards set to provide you with as many of the comforts of home as possible during your stay. All our vacation rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s) and more!

Please note that unless otherwise indicated above, linens are not provided during your stay. You are welcome to bring your own linens, or we provide a linens rental service for your convenience. Our vacation homes are not guaranteed to have consumable items in stock for guest use (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.).
