May 2024 - Could not have picked a better time to be at Topsail and the accommodations were perfect. Very nice + cozy place! We brought our 3 and 4 year old granddaughters and had a wonderful time. Enjoyed the beach and the pools. Also the restaurant was great. Thank you for sharing your place – we hope to be back next year!

April 2024 - One of the best weekends in a while. Our son got married at Topsail Manor. The day was beautiful! Family and friends sharing our special day! The condo was perfect! The space and design was great. We were able to relax and enjoy the beauty this island offers. We hope to return in the future! Until then, we will have sweet memories of this special weekend. This property was very comfortable and clean. I loved the view from the balcony and the taller chairs out there so I could easily see over the railing. The lighting in the living room was excellent, which was great for the one day that was rainy and overcast. The kitchen was stocked with everything I needed. Great place!

Fantastic. Clean & comfy. Love North Topsail Beach! Pools & grounds were so well kept. Staff was fantastic. Loved the "Splash by the Sea"...food was great.

This was our first time to Topsail, but it won't be out last. Thank you for opening your condo to us. We loved the decorations and all the furniture was "super comfy" according to our teenage daughters. Kitchen was stocked well. Your recommendations were spot on from Splash by the Sea to the sunset pic location.

We had a great first time visit to Topsail Beach! This beachfront condo was clean, beautifully decorated with a well-stocked kitchen. The balcony was a peaceful hangout morning, noon and night. The resort itself was lovely. Thank you for sharing your wonderful beach home.

This condo and resort community was everything it advertises. The beach is beautiful, as well as surrounding areas to explore. Our condo was gorgeous (lacking in nothing) and so was the view. Both the management company and owners couldn’t have been kinder or more accommodating. This was the perfect getaway spot, we will be back. This place made fun memories and was the most laid back, happy spot you could wish for!

We spent a weekend at Gone Coastal and had a wonderful time! We've stayed at a lot of beach properties and this one really stood out. Many times we've felt like we're staying in a place where all someones old stuff has gone to die. This is not the case here! The furniture is comfy (especially the king sized mattress in the primary bedroom) and there's plush carpet throughout. The kitchen is large (a rarity in beach condos) and the living room is spacious. Parking was close to the unit and the onsite restaurant is super convenient and GOOD! The beach was also very easy to access and it was not crowded at all. Definitely one of the best experiences we've ever had at the beach.

We loved the oceanfront balcony. It was shaded all day and it was so relaxing in the evenings to just sit out there and watch the tide come in.

Our family traveled here to see our son who is stationed in the marines at Camp Lejeune. When our family was younger, we traveled several times to Topsail for vacation. Wish I had a crystal ball because we would have bought here years ago. Funny where life takes us!

We really enjoyed our stay at 218A. The condo was very clean, up to date and spacious. Every room had view of the ocean and you could easily hear the waves crashing on the beach. The best view was from the balcony and that is usually where we started and ended our days. 2 of the 3 doors getting on to the balcony were inaccessible but the door in the dining room got us out there ,so it wasn't a big deal. The pools and the beach were very easy to get to and I recommend taking the stairs (they were very close to our condo) if you can since the elevator was a little slow. We did a really nice river tour with Tiki Tours down in Surf City. It was nice and relaxing. I also would recommend getting something to eat at Rick's. They had pretty good bar food. Crooked Lotus was a great place if you are looking for local, as well as out of state, craft beer. The B side of the building was still getting work done to it but we barely heard them making much noise. The checking in and out process with Access was very smooth. We cannot wait to try 218A again.

The condo is beautifully decorated and well maintained. We have been coming to the Villa for 18 years and this is by far our nicest condo. The ocean view is beautiful, although you cannot see the courtyard. The condo is very spacious and met all of our family's needs. The kitchen was well equipped with all the necessities to prepare any type of meal. We will definitely stay in this villa again next summer.

The property was beautifully furnished and well maintained. The view from the balcony was gorgeous! We sat outside as much as possible and were able to see dolphins playing in the ocean several times. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing my family’s meal. The a/c unit was down when we arrived, however after calling, we were brought fans and portable AC units. We will definitely be back again to Gone Coastal!

My friends and enjoyed staying there for a girls trip. With easy access to a beautiful pool, an oceanfront view and large comfortable rooms how could we not? The condo was clean with new comfortable furniture that made us feel like we were staying in a home and not a beach place. The balcony with it's view of the ocean and access from 2 of the bedrooms was perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. Thanks for such a great experience.

we really liked the stay the room was awesome. the view was spectacular. woke up early every morning just to watch sun rise. we seen dolphins every day. Couple of things to mention. window functions not so good to stay open or have screens for bugs and blinds for privacy. services for bedding and other items our bin had no bath sets in it and we couldn't get a response until checkout day on this and we had to make different arrangements. I'm sure this was because of holiday weekend . would suggest that these new owners have a guest book it would be fun to see who stayed here or see who stayed between our visits. because we would for sure check this room availability if we come again.

This condo is amazing. The pictures give an accurate accounting. The condo is decorated to say "beach" all over it. The veranda looks out at the beach and is awesome for morning coffee or evening cocktails or just reading a good book. Sunrises are beautiful. Sunsets are breathtaking! Love being able to choose the beach or pool. It's my new addiction! Love this place!

The property was beautiful. For us, the Oceanside balcony was the crown. My elderly parents could not make the walk out to the beach but were able to enjoy the air and the view from the balcony which was so important to us. The overall property was very nice and well-maintained.

Stayed here briefly for a celebration weekend in October 2017. The place is beautiful and well appointed. Having 2 "master suites" was a plus. The pool area was well maintained and very relaxing. Can't wait to return next year for longer. The pictures of the condo and furnishings are true to life.

Gone Coastal is a perfect beachfront retreat! Extremely comfortable condo with lovely furnishings and attention to detail. Fully equipped kitchen made it super easy to cook meals, comfy couches for lounging after a full day at the beach or pool. The porch overlooking the ocean is incredible...we enjoyed coffee and cocktails every day watching the surf with a perfect unobstructed view. The beds were comfortable and the place was very spacious! There are several pools and hot tubs to choose from if you want to get away from the waves. We had a lovely get away to a favorite beach and enjoyed a wonderful week here!
