Queen's Grant Condominiums are the perfect solution for the island lover in us all. Located in one of the quietest areas of the island, this complex spans the entire width of the island with access to the ocean and sound. Bask in the cool ocean breeze during the day and hop in the boat for some evening fishing. The pool, hot tub (currently unavailable), and clubhouse are across the street from the oceanfront condos. The clubhouse is available to homeowners and guests to reserve for functions. There is also grilling and picnic area on the sound side. Boat facilities come complete with a launch, day docks, and parking -- available on a first-come first-serve basis.
