The Villa is located oceanfront where the water temperatures are warm enough to swim and play May through October. Every unit in the Villa Capriani offers a view of the ocean. In addition to the onsite restaurant - Splash By The Sea, the Villa is within walking distance of the Sea View fishing pier & restaurant. When you're taking a break from the sand, you can enjoy a game of tennis on the Villa's tennis courts.

One, two, or three-bedroom units are available for short-term vacation rentals or long-term winter rentals. Each unit in Villa Capriani has a separate living room, fully equipped kitchen, and washer/dryer. Check out the units that are available for sale.
